Hosting

Our website is hosted by an external provider (e.g., GoDaddy). Personal data collected on this website is processed on the host’s servers. This includes IP addresses, metadata, communication, contract and content data generated when using the website or contacting us. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in reliable and secure provision of our online offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Where required, processing is carried out under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Server logs

When visiting our pages, the host automatically stores information in server log files transmitted by your browser, e.g., IP address, date and time of request, time zone, content of the request, HTTP status code, data volume, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes.

Contact

If you contact us by e‑mail or via the contact form, we process your details to handle the request and for follow‑up questions. Legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre‑/contractual measures) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication). Data is deleted once your request is completed and no legal retention obligations prevent deletion.

Note: Our form opens your local email client with a pre‑filled message. The content is not stored on our server.

Cookies & analytics

Our pages are intentionally minimal. We currently do not use tracking tools like Google Analytics. Where technically necessary cookies are used (e.g., layout, language), processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We will update this statement if tools are added.

Recipients & third‑country transfers

We use service providers for hosting, IT support and communications. In individual cases, data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we ensure an adequate level of data protection (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

To exercise your rights, please contact dvh@trust7.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g., the State Commissioner for Data Protection in Brandenburg, Germany.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures (e.g., SSL/TLS encryption) to protect your data against manipulation, loss or unauthorized access.
